The beds were very comfortable. The house was small but has a perfect layout. The washer and dryer worked out well. We loved the back patio and grill area. I would highly recommend this rental house. 'Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...

'The layout of the house, perfect for none related families.Also cleanliness of hoe, especially for allowing pets.Nice fenced backyard and enclosed screen porch.One flaw, hitckhikers have consumed the front yard, my Lhasa Apso, was covered in them, she had to be shaved.'
