'Every detail is well thought out. Parking was easy, check in was seamless, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was well stocked, bathroom was spotless. This was our second time staying and I would definitely stay again!'

We stayed on 3rd (THIRD) Floor for 10 Days with NO ELEVATOR & NO HOT WATER (for 4 days) and that really was bad as we are in our 70’s. 'They try to make travel as easy as possible!'

'Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. When we got there there was a family with 3-5 kids sitting outside the main entrance in camping chairs who were always out there (adults were still there past 11pm), almost as if they lived out of this hotel or the shady motel nearby. The elevator rugs were filthy like the other reviews mentioned, and they just bolted another dirty rug on top. 'Room was clean and comfortable, that is always main concern. My hotel phone cord was broken though. Pool and hot tub were accessible but old. Breakfast had good options. My only big issue that we had was we were on first floor with kids and someone smoked outside our room at 10pm with our A/C running and filled up whole room with horrible cig smell. Not hotels fault but it really affected us trying to sleep.'

'I chose this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we noted a sign on the pool door stating that the pool was closed. When I inquired about when the pool would be opened (I was there for 10 days), they stated "we have no idea, we are waiting on the state." The pool was closed for the duration of our trip.
