Paleizen in Cambridge

'The room was much much smaller than what was pictured on the website. The curtains were broken. There was a thick band of yellow mold in the sink. The towels smelled like it was under dried, so it had the smell of old laundry. I was in town for a conference and was not in the room for the majority of the day, I wanted a clean room to come back to, and housekeeping had not cleaned the room - they said they were understaffed. That’s not my problem, if I pay $500+ per night, the least I would...

'I stayed for two nights (solo) for a nearby conference. The area is quiet. The rooms were standard, and clean. It was close to food options. The staff was also helpful with any questions.'
