'The hotel was in the middle of renovations. Taking this into account it still was a disappointing stay. The staff was friendly but I had to wait long before I was helped checking in. The deskclerk was on the phone and there was nobody else to help me. This was around 9.30pm so I could understand that. Checking out though, I had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up at all to help me. The room was clean and comfortable. The matress wasn't to our liking but that is subjective.'

I had a late flight in to Fort Myers, so I called ahead to make sure there would be someone to check me in and the associate I talked to reassured me that there would be someone available any time. 'The rooms were excellent, so very clean. The beds were the most comfortable ever. The staff was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back and would recommend Hampton Inn and suites to anyone. Thank you for such an awesome day.'

'Hotel is very nice and the staff and service are very good. But they don't tell you in advance that the Night Owl Suite, which is one of their more expensive rooms, is across the street from loud music that goes until 2:00 in the morning.'

'No me dejaron hospedarme porque el hotel estaba lleno sin embargo en la página decía que tenían disponibilidad.. Me robaron mi dinero y la recepcionista fue muy grosera conmigo y me dejó sin poder hospedarme y ya había pagado mi dinero!!! Les recomiendo no ir a ese lugar porque no te dejan entrar y no les importa que hayas pagado!!! Jamás volveré a reservar este motel!!! Terrible todo!!!'
