'Great hotel.'

'Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!'

'Air conditioning excellent, parking lot did not feel secure, several used boats for sale, men smoking at door, men gathered outside at back building, noises during night, did not feel safe.'

'The room was clean, but the beds were small, definitely were not queen size. The breakfast was quite limited.'

'I wasn’t informed that renovations were being conducted on the property. It was very disconcerting, trying to get into the property because the signs weren’t clearly marked. Also, they were went and clean my room like I wanted to clean and brought clean linens so no I wasn’t happy.'

'When we checked in, the person on duty told us our room was just to the right…. Turns out it was all the way down at the end of the hall, so we could have parked down there instead of carrying our luggage so far, but at the same time there were people smoking at that entrance, so every time someone came in and out, the smoke drifted into our room. Sheets had stains on them, the bathroom sink barely drained at all. The mattress sunk down in the middle and instead of regular pillow, there were a...

'Room was disgusting! Toilet was dirty and surfaces overall unclean upon checkin. I had to wipe and disinfect prior to being comfortable enough to stay in the room. The hotel was allegedly sold out so there were no other rooms. Front desk ladies are nice but it is not nearly worth the amount charged. I would like a refund. '

'We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again.'

'Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. They put us in room 101 and it seemed a little like staying in a basement, idk if it was humid or musty. But other than that, the bed was nice and room was big. shower had good pressure and was hot! No real complaints!'
