'The property was clean and well maintained. But I didn't like the fact that the staff did not help us call a taxi to take us to the airport. When we discovered that we have to check in at MXP AIRPORT BY 6a.m. to Zurich, Switzerland flight We were tourists and didn't know a 24-hour taxi companies phone numbers to call to take us to the airport by 3a.m. Meanwhile the location of the hotel is far from the main street where one could get a taxi on the road side easily. 'We stayed 1 night and loved the accommodation at Bergamoincenter. We had room 4 which had lots of space for 2 adults and 1 child. Excellent location, air conditioning, comfortable beds, good shower and good communication with clear checkin instructions. Would highly recommend and would stay again next time we visit Bergamo'

We arrived in an industrial area at a building without any lock at the door, and there was nothing there. No sign, no people, nothing. We had to book something else. It's a scam, don't book this.'
