'Great'

'Great staff, very polite. We asked for an extra bedding and they provided without any hesitation. Rooms are very clean and staff is very quick and responsive. In room dining has god options and they have midnight dining also which is a great option to have'

'Clean and neat place in north Goa. Perfect for families with kids'

'If I needed to summarize in one word about my experience with them it would be: outstanding! I would like to start with the location which was perfect. The staff were beyond helpful friendly right down to the guys & girls who greeted me at the door everytime I arrive or left .the room 731 exceeded my expectation it was spotless clean the layout was perfect and cozy. The attention to detail was spot on and the breakfast was the cherry on the cake. Would highly recommend this hotel and will...

'I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. Food was also delicious, Ishani looked after us throughout, always with a smile on her face. Thank you to everyone at The Astor, hopefully return soon.'

'great stay'

'Klein, fijn hotel met vriendelijk en attent personeel'

'When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay. The staff's reaction...

'The location is good, can be noisy all night if your room is at the front of the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof so if you plan a lie in you may get the noise from the pool area. Cleanliness can Definetly be improved, property also needs maintenance rather than excuses for issues. Some of the front office staff were really good but otherwise the the staff and Restaraunt’s staff were quite poor.'

'Super friendly staff, my room was ready early so I could check in straight away. The staff will sort anything out for you. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Excellent value for money.'

'erg vriendelijk en beleefd personeel ,wie maakte de fout bij reserveringen mijn reservering( december 2013 geboekt) was gewoon niet doorgevoerd wat inhield dat ik toen ik aankwam er problemen waren bij mijn kamer die er op dat moment niet was waardoor er toch wel enige irritatie was. plus ook het feit dat ondanks dat ik een transfer had door gegeven via e-mail deze niet ter plaatse was ivm met verwisseling van naam '

'The hotel was an excellent experience for me and my children, They loved the rooms , pool and the various meal options were great !!! . Thank you Shravan Kumar for your excellent service'

'Staffs were coperative but property turning old ac was not up to the mark rest all was good'

'Nice comfy stay near candolim'

'Overall a decent property, but the actual property is bit different than its shown in the images, It seems very old and the price of the property is bit higher than it should be. You can get better options in the same price. '

'Only downside was the guests queuing up to use the rooftop pool , leaving towels on beds and not returning for ages , sad people '
