'The hotel was nice - great options for food/drink. We particularly enjoyed the cabana rentals - fair price and very friendly staff (Kevin). Every server, bartender and main desk employee was kind and helpful. The beach was very well maintained and I will stay here again. The only negative was paying to park, which sounds like it’s becoming more common at hotels/resorts.'

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'La habitacion que habia reservado con vista al golfo no me la dieron. Me dieron una con vista a un parking y tres palmeras. Me reuse, me cambiaron a otra. El pasillo por las noches es un asco, lleno de platos sucios que la gente saca de sus habitaciones. El balcon estaba sucio con un limpiador de dientes. Y la cafetera de mi habitacion no funcionaba. Tuve que pedir que la cambien por otra. Paque una fortuna por un servicio que no recibi. '
