'I loved the small boutique feel of the resort. The grounds were beautiful. Everyone at the resort and on the island were very kind and accommodating. I found the beds to be super comfortable and the beach goes without saying it’s breathtaking. I would definitely stay at this resort again, especially for the price point. '

'Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! '

'Our experience was excellent the young lady was very pleasant. She let us check in early because of the hurricane. We were also granted a late check out and she even treated us to taxi ride in town to get coffee and something to eat. I would definitely stay here again if i were in Turks and Caicos again. '

What I would say even though the pool is open 24hrs it needs more lights.. but overall great stay.. and I would also like to mention Daniel was great in making accommodations to and from the beach.. overall thanks for welcoming us it was a pleasure 🙏 '

They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. Take my word and thank me later.
