'Dinner was excellent. Only problem was lack of WiFi in guest rooms.'

'Bed was comfy. The only down fall was the night before we got stranded at the train station and found another couple staying at the hotel as well and same thing happened. The girl that was working that night was not helpful until I stayed on the phone with her for 20 mins trying to get her to call a taxi. Ubers kept cancelling on us'

'The personel was very friendly and helpfull but the residence felt old and poorly maintained. '

'Room was ok and spacious. Bathroom in a very bad state. Toilet tank leaking on top of you. Mold and rusty equipment. Breakfast was basic, but coffee very good. Girl at reception/breakfast did a very good job. Worst part was the transfer arrangement: transfer from airport to hotel wasn’t arranged at all. Transfer from hotel to cruiseport was changed. First they asked if the change was ok. When we told them we didn’t agree with the change they told us to find an other transfer ourself! This all a...

Volvemos.'

'Beautiful fairy tale place 😍'

'This property was the perfect mini resort to relax and enjoy this cute port town. Stunning views, great staff, both in restaurant and front desk. Very happy with my stay and will be back'

'Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Only negative, was the bed. Too soft and too small also safe did not work although staff tried to get it working. Valentina was very helpful and pleasant for everything.'

'Very nice property. Staff excellent'

'Personeel zie je alleen bij het inchecken. Daarna wordt je aan je lot overgelaten. Ontbij is ronduit waardeloos.

'Great Property! Clean, New and effortless contactless check in. The host responded quickly via WhatsApp. Free Breakfast and Airport Transportation available was convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Balcony and outdoor breakfast seating was nice.'

'We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved....
