The Space:

Escape to Cabo and enjoy a wonderful stay at our beachfront condo at Terrasol Beach Resort, less than a 5-minute walk to Playa Grande. Situated along a peaceful, expansive shoreline, it’s the ideal choice for families and friend groups of travelers seeking a rejuvenating retreat. The resort has two pools, including a fabulous oceanfront pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as an onsite gym to keep up with your fitness routine. Please note the resort has specific pool rules to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. These include keeping lanes clear for lap swimmers, no loud music, no glass containers, and adult supervision for children. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. We appreciate your cooperation! Enjoy easy walks to beach bars, marina shops, cafes, restaurants, and the iconic downtown Cabo.



Relax in one of the resort's largest units, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 8. This expansive outdoor space features sun loungers, cushioned seating, and breathtaking sunset vistas, making it the perfect spot for relaxation or a BBQ gathering with family and friends. The condo's serene atmosphere is enhanced by vibrant touches of Mexican flair and cozy furnishings. The open-concept layout allows natural light to flow through large glass doors that lead to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. When it's time to unwind, kick back on the sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV. For the days you don’t want to venture out, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including extras like a coffee maker for morning kick-starts, a blender for afternoon mixers, a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, and even a washer and dryer to keep your vacation wardrobe fresh. The kitchen also comes equipped with a kitchen hood, ensuring a fresh cooking experience. For grilling enthusiasts, there’s a top-of-the-line gas BBQ on the patio. Enjoy sit-down meals at the dining table next to the kitchen, or if you prefer dining al fresco, take advantage of the additional outdoor table with a view!



When it's time to rest and recharge, choose from three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The first two bedrooms feature king-sized beds, while the third offers two queen beds, all outfitted with high-quality linens and plush pillows. For a restful night's sleep, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and room-darkening curtains.

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)



Services & Amenities:

- Parking available for ONE vehicle per unit - parking pass required

- Pool and common areas have their own rules and hours to follow

You’ll stop at the lobby to get checked in. Guests must send flight details and estimated time of arrival (ETA) ahead of time please.
