'My wife likes to stay at VIP section at this property. Part of the reason we return is the service Ismael provides at the VIP pool. One area for improvement for the VIP pool would be to have a different music playlist each day. It is a bit tiresome hearing the same, not very good songs, every day. In general, the food quality across all on-property restaurants has declined through the years. Most food is OK for an all-inclusive, but don't get a ribeye or sea bass, as both are terrible. ...

'This was my fourth trip to Pueblo Bonito, so I'm clearly a fan. The staff is fantastic (particularly the pool bartender, Martin!) and the place is sparkling clean. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm. Very. Firm. Oh - and they don't offer hair conditioner in the bathrooms and the print on the body lotion bottle is so small that, well, you get the picture. '

'het bed was van topklasse zoals je in een 5 sterren hotel kan vinden , heerlijk. Ook de douche was ruim en van goede kwaliteit en schoon. Via hotels.com had ik een prachtige deal van 100$ voor 3 dagen . wat normaal gesproken zowat de helft van de reguliere prijs was. ik had een perfect verblijf voor dat geld.'

'This was our second time staying here and like the First it was Perfect! Check-In was smooth. The staff at Tomates (Lino,Adelina,Rocio,Mageli & the Chef) are the best! Great Service and very attentive to you. When we arrived (Ivan & Rene) we very helpful as soon as we pulled up. The room was Perfect for the occasion. Beautiful Ocean view and the cleaning staff was Nice & Friendly. Will be back soon! '

'The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. '

'Loved the place!! Large comfy space. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Upon arrival the air conditioner in master bedroom was not working but Federico was on it! Once it was fixed it was perfect.
