Only negative for larger groups: This did not affect us, there were only 3 of us. However, there are only 3 bath towels and 1 beach towel. '

'The most adorable, cozy house! 3 college friends stayed for a weekend! The beds are so AMAZING we all want to order the mattress, sheets, pillows, etc. The house is in a great location and just minutes from the downtown area where there are cute shops and restaurants!
