'I was disappointed because I used to like Best Western. The room was not very clean. Bottle caps on floor by nightstand.'

'The room had strong odors, including the smell of cigarette smoke. There were cockroaches in the room, some on the bed. At midnight, the screams of children and adults were heard.'

'The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The outside lights were on all night and while the room did have blinds it did not have curtains. This allowed light into the room all night which was not ideal. However it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Josh de baliemedewerker was superbehulpzaam en aardig. Superfijn hotel. Schoon en ruim'

'Spotlessly clean room, great brea'

'Hotel werd aan buitenzijde gerenoveerd. De ontbijtzaal en de lobby waren misschien wel de mooiste van de Hampton Inn hotels die we ooit bezocht hadden. Knus/huisje. Hampton Inn slaapkamers hebben een make over gekregen. Het is allemaal wat strakker. Moderner. Niet meer echt een sfeervolle kamer. Vooral de douche. Maar allemaal nog steeds functioneel en zeker de moeite waard.'

'The check-inn was unkind. We arrived very tired and when we got to bed we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We were too tired to dress again and put the dead animal aside. When leaving we showed the picture of the cockroach and complained about the cleaning. No sorries, no compensation and only two persons behind the desk discussing how the cockroach got into the room. Only to us “send the picture to us!”.We left disappointed and confused. Offical complaint will follow. Never back again...

'The room was really nice. Personnel was really friendly. But the breakfast was a bit unhealthy. I hoped to see more fresh fruits, and I could see the ‘fresh’ food (like omelets or scrambled egg) was not made fresh, but heated and that is a shame. '
