« Overall the property was nice along with the cabin . The only issues we had were there were dead roaches when we walked in and we had to clean the porch and patio furniture. We realize it's in the woods but would have expected those areas to have cleaned before we arrived »

« The property is located at the waterfront and surrounded by what seems like a protected wild land. It is beautiful and green and pretty rustic. We saw deer and wild birds and lots of lizards. All modern amenities are available, but dated. The rooms could use a thorough cleaning, as well as the porch furnishings. My bedsheets had sand in them and the pillows smelled used. Check your bedding’s before first use. There are extras in a wardrobe in one of the rooms. Overall, a wonderful stay. »

« Very nice place. Great kitchen Plenty of room inside and out but if you bring a boat I would suggest backing it in! No place to turn around. Only complaints previous renters left trash in the compactor and it was very disgusting!!! »

« Cozy cabin right on the Withlacoochee river. We loved the screened front porch and brand new kitchen. This spot on the river is really beautiful, the water was really low when we visited but we still really enjoyed getting in to cool off and play with the kids. Super fire pit set up as well (with firewood!) »

« Great place to stay. Very quiet and perfect for 2 people. Golf cart was a huge plus and used multiple times to drive to Spanish springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. Thanks to our great host Mark. We will definitely be returning for out next trip there. »
