'Great stay! Host is AMAZING and made our stay perfect. Cozy cottage is lovely inside and outside. Very clean and well equipped. Hot tub sparkling clean and hot. The beautiful pool area and pool was a joy. We had a big fire built ready to light, and all we needed to light it. We had a gas and charcoal grill and even the pool area had a gas grill to cook on. We will be back.'

'Its located right on the water. The cabin was clean and as described. All the essentials at hand. Ms. Pat was very hospitable and prompt with what few questions we had. I was able to fish out on the docks like I planned and hung out atthe pool . Overall experience was great. We will definitely return'

'We were in town for the Two Step Inn music festival. The distance wasn’t too far for us and we enjoyed the peace and quiet at this cabin after being surrounded by music and people all day long. We definitely plan to stay there again next year when we attend the music festival again.'

'My grandchildren have not experienced camping in a tent. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere!'

'What a wonderful getaway. The cabin is cozy, well appointed, and close to town. Very comfortable and clean, but the best part is sitting on the porch and watching the birds (especially the hummingbirds) and the deer.'

'This property is beautiful! It’s less than 15 minutes from Lago Vista, which has a grocery store and food places, and is about 10 minutes from a beautiful spot on Lake Travis. The property is quiet and beautiful, and the owner was very helpful and kind with check in and questions during our stay. One thing to be sure you are aware of is that there is no running water, and the bathroom is a port-a-potty. This was fine with us, but we didn’t see this detail before arriving. 'We enjoyed the BBQ pit and how close the room is to the Waterpark. We also liked the option to order food and drinks to be delivered from the Waterpark. The light in the kitchen flashes like a strobe light so we used a lamp for light in the kitchen. We will definitely stay again.'

'Awesome stay. It is so quiet a peacful on this beutiful property. The kids thought it was cool to see the longhorn as they moved around theoughout the day. Accommodations were very clean. Would stay here again durong future trips to Llano.'
