Beautiful home in Buje

Villa Eva offers 186 m2 of space for 8 people in a total of 4 bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms is located on the staircase next to the small bathroom with shower on the ground floor, where a bright, modern living room with dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen awaits you. From this pleasant area, flooded with natural light through the glass French doors, you can access the beautiful pool and open-plan dining area. While the children play on the trampoline, you can cool off in the pool, sunbathe on the sun loungers or prepare delicious meals and dine by the fireplace barbecue.

The interior of the villa is modernly furnished and offers a relaxing, peaceful holiday. On the first floor there are 3 cosy bedrooms with private bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms are heated and cooled by air conditioning. From the rooms on the floor you can access the large shared balcony with excellent views of the green Istrian countryside. Enjoy your evenings here with a glass of local Istrian wine from this region known for wine roads.Villa Eva is located in the small village of Katel on a hill above the river Dragonja, which offers a magical view of the Istrian countryside. Katel is located in the north-western part of the Istrian peninsula near the beautiful, small town of Buje, which you must visit. Only 2 kilometres from the villa is the town of wine and olive oil, Buje. Here you can admire many well-preserved churches, visit an ethnographic museum or just relax and stroll along the numerous wine streets and taste local wine or olive oil. For lovers of active holidays, there are also many cycling trails in this region. Relax in the beautiful nature in the shade of pine trees next to the crystal clear sea at Kanegra beach, only 8.5 km away from the villa. The tourist centre of Umag is about 15 minutes away by car. Umag offers many sights, restaurants, shops, cafés, bars and events. One of these is the world-famous ATP Croatia Open tennis cup, which takes place in July.
