'Beautiful location '

'We had 5 adults in our party and we found the house very suitable to our needs. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location near the shops was a bonus. The communication with the owners was also very good.'

'There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window '

'The home was fantastic for our short stay!It would be great to have some sharp knives, and bowls in the kitchen but other than this the home was perfect. '

'The property is well designed for large families, or multiple families to share. We had an issue with the oven, which the host was quick to assist with. Some windows were open when we arrived at the property, and a baby bat had entered into the bathroom through one. We were able to safely remove it, however this was a bit inconvenient with young children. Otherwise, everything was great. '

' Very poor service from the property manager. Dishwasher did not work for the 13 nights we stayed. We told them on day one and chased them up a number of times to no avail. Excuse they gave was we can’t do anything until we contact the owner. Also refused to reimburse an agreed amount we paid in case we had visitors. The manager refused to do anything until we lodged a complaint. The house however was very nice and would have got 5 stars'

'Had a lovely stay at the Beach Shack. It was well provisioned, clean and comfortable. It’s was great to have a secure garden for our dog too. The accomodation is in a great location, close to the beach and easy walking access into Huskisson & Vincentia. '
