'Had everything we needed'

'This is the second year we have stayed at this home for our winter holiday. We have enjoyed our visits and found the home to have everything we need. We were pleased to find the fireplace in working order, even though we received a note that it was not working. That and the large kitchen are the natural gathering spots for our family. Watching the ice fishing on the lake is an added bonus. Thank you for sharing this lovely property. We'll be back!'

'Our stay was a little short, but overall we enjoyed our stay. We where visited by wild turkeys 🦃 and large black ants 🐜 in the kitchen area. Early summer pest. We will love to revisit the location in the fall. And their lake location'

'This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.'

'We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this nice house. The location on the shore of the Long Lake is fantastic. The house is huge and was good for our large group. Being a group of French people, we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The communication with Eric, the property manager, was excellent.'

'House had plenty of room for four of us. Extra large bedroom space on second floor along with first floor bedroom. Very clean. Very quiet with dirt road off main road down to the house by the pond. Close enough to Portland, Freeport, and Lewiston to provide options for things tp do. Weather was on the rainy side during our weekend stay but still had an enjoyable relaxing weekend. Hosts Paul and Kevin made arrival and departue easy. Great communication.'

'We attended my niece wedding ay Kings Hill Inn and stayed at this home in Sumner Maine. We were 15 minutes from the venue. Our rental was perfect! Well stocked. We had everything you could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!!'

'The house was cozy and spacious , my family enjoyed the amenities like the pool table and Jacuzzi! We spend a lot of time on the deck/porch it had space enough space for our family of 12 , the only thing is that I would have liked the deck lightening to be more stronger.'

'This house was the perfect location to stay for Bates College graduation weekend. The location is close to everything; the setting is perfect; the amenities listed were all at the house. Check-in and Check-out were simple. The request to consolidate garbage in big bags was easy, as there were plenty of the larger size and we were able to put all our garbage in 2 bags. 'We truly enjoyed the overwhelming peace and quiet on Wilson Pond. And the gorgeous view!!! Access to the 2 kayaks and x-large canoe was huge benefit and that you can access another nearby lake/Dexter Pond that has awesome beauty was special. The layout of the home is very comfortable and easy. Great kitchen! We loved the garden like/in-the-woods feel to the surrounding landscape.Very special.'

'Lovely time at this clean and well kept home near Greenwood Lake in Bethel. An easy 20-25 minute drive to Sunday River, this home is well-stocked, comfortable, and remote offering a little downtime after a full day on the slopes. Teenaged boys enjoyed hot tub and ping pong table. Kitchen was clean, bedrooms comfortable, and utensils and cooking appliance / surfaces all worked well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone.'

'Was in the area on business for 2 weeks. House was a lot nicer to come to after meetings than a hotel room. Lots of room in the house, Roku TV's in the 3 bedrooms and main living room. Nice outdoor space and all season room. Beds were comfy. Pillows could have been better. Very thin in my opinion. The back bedroom was good, the front bedroom has some challenges.
