'Parking- ok, except curbs outside of rooms were high and dangerous if you are not careful TV- did not work well. We had to have host come in both times we stayed, and then had to unplug it as it would not turn off Bathroom- The sliver of soap provided was not enough for two people, and there were no extras, like a hairdryer or additional towels, no bath mat Hosts were great and responded quickly, and the room was clean and comfortable.'

'Nice peaceful place. Everything you need to enjoy time away from civilization.'

'Easier communication would be nice'

'The place wasn’t very busy and the man at the desk was very friendly and in fact, walked me down to my room and unlocked it for me and showed me around and showed me how to use the air conditioner/heater, so that was excellent. The room was very small just about big enough to put the bed, but I was just looking for a place to sleep overnight and so that was fine. I couldn’t get the television to work but I didn’t take a lot of time trying to figure it out either. So it was a good place to stay...

'The shower worked well so refreshing after being on the road!'

'This place was really beautiful. Ava goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. This place feels like home. Close to many things. We cant wait to go back next year.'

'Positive energy from the staff made everything feel more relaxed while staying there, really valued that warmth!'

'If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful cabin to just go get lost in the world of your significant other, this is the place to go! They’re far enough from the everyday life but still close enough to enjoy all the beauty of their charming city!! The food is to die for and definitely a reason for us to return!! Nothing bad to say at all except they need larger hot water tanks bc when I’m enjoying my wife that includes sharing a shower that we would have preferred not to be rushed out of!! Otherwise...

'The hostess was amazing! Very detailed and the place was just perfect!'

'This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

'House is not directly connected to the Potomac river. That's all private property so you have to go to a common area to launch a boat or fish.'

'Easier communication would be nice.'
