« Having been to Bucerias several times, we are somewhat familiar with restaurants, shops and things to do. With the condominium having a gym, outdoor pool, and rooftop BBQ, there was almost no reason to leave some days! Staying at this location, the staff working at the property are very nice and do their best to be friendly and are always willing to help out where they can (holding a door open or calling a Taxi). « The property is very nice, clean and safe. There was an issue with the AC and the host was on it and resolved the issues immediately. The only negative issue was that the host had to enter the condo twice looking for paperwork for the owner and I found that to be strange that it couldn’t wait until we checked out. « I have travelled extensively all over the world, this condo was one of the most well equipped and thoughtfully stocked I have ever rented. The views were SPECTACULAR. The Owners and Property Manager maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. It was a few minutes walk to downtown Bucerius. The restaurants and shops were a short stroll from your front door. 4 mins drive to a large chain grocery store. We felt very lucky we stumbled onto this rental and plan to go back again very soon....

« Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! Will definitely be returning, and would suggest it many! »

« The whole Property was spacious/clean/ and felt very safe. The condo itself was also just that. The view is exactly as shown! Panoramic ocean view. The beach was easy to get too… but there’s also the pool right at your complex.:: I had several questions to property management that were replied to quickly!! You are a short walk to the town square/ restaurants/ and stores. »

« great stay at Susana's beach front apartment/condo. the location on the beach was quiet and safe gentle waves and about a 15 minute walk into town. The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. Overall, would recommend this stay for you and your family. »

« This accommodation is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The condo is incredible and the staff that work in the building are amazing as well. We ran into an issue in the building at no fault of the host but he was so helpful and communicated constantly with updates to assure our stay was good. Josh sent us a list of incredible local businesses such as restaurants and car rentals that they use and we loved every single one of the recommdations. I will 100% book with Josh again. »

« Bonjour En général nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L’emplacement de l’appartement répondait à tous nos besoins. Nous avons quelques doléances à vous faire part, 1- Le wifi n’était pas installé 2- La robinetterie était déficiente dans la cuisine ,l’eau chaude n’y était pas disponible. 3- Il a fallu demander pour une cafetière pendant une semaine. 4- Le four micro-ondes était hors d’usage durant tout notre séjour et ce même après nos maintes requêtes infructueuses, 5- Il y aurait...

« The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place. »
