The pictures in no way do justice to the view from the front porch and master bedroom, and waking to silence but for the sound of birds and the small creek running beside the property, was priceless! We spent the bulk of our trip in our PJ's lounging on porch enjoying the view.The switch from fighting the commute into Charlotte every day to a fun, twisty, zero-traffic drive along the beautifully engineered NC mountain roads was the breath of (literal) fresh air...

« Never received directions to cabin. Cabin is not on road as address states. Is on side street. Remote for tv broken, not batteries. Grill is type you find at picnic spots. Needs upgrade. Aside from those issues, had no complaints. Did not try hot tub. »

« We loved our stay at Creekside Cabin! The picturesque cabin was perfect for our group of 7 - our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 13, and 4) plus 2 grandparents. There are so many little, thoughtful touches in the cabin that made this a great stay. Beautiful outdoor property, quiet and perfectly secluded, tucked beside a babbling creek. Our kids loved the game room and our whole family took advantage of the large hot tub. During our stay, we enjoyed the Deep Creek Trail hike, a family-friendly trail...

« We had a bit of a time getting there. Our directions indicated one of the cabins we were supposed to pass was on the right but it was really in the left so it had us second guessing ourselves and we got turned around. We went back down to the main road where we had service and called the property manager who quickly got us back on track. After the little hiccup we arrived and this cabin was worth every bit of it! I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a cabin that checked all the boxes as this one...

« The property was perfect for my family. The only complaints are the front deck needs some boatds replaced, and the beds were noisy. The cabin was fun and we enjoyed our stay. My boys and nephew enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The cabin has plenty of board games. »

« Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy to access and easy owners to communicate with. We really enjoyed being on the deck, lots of birds and just very peaceful in the shade. The bakery in town is 5 stars too. »
