« Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. « First impression when arriving was a shambles the motel looked like a block of flats. Three floors high. The entrance to the rooms was by way of a fire escape. The door to the room didn’t look safe as the key card was disabled and a lock put in above it. The beer garden was down below, the restaurant looked like a motorway cafe. We had to ask where reception was and it was in the adjacent building. Big improvements are needed to upgrade windows and doors. We paid for our stay and then left. ...

« No roof lights (had to use phone light in bathroom and passageway). Bathroom not flushing properly. Window latch broken ( window cannot close properly). »
