'The hotel is amazing and like taking a step into a more lavish time. The pub is amazing and has the most friendly staff. We watched the bartender diffuse a very aggressive condescending “Karen” with nothing but grace and professionalism. The food is amazing and service top notch. We will definitely be back!! '

'Check in clerk Bob friendly and provided excellent advice to make stay even better. Parking lot and outside area needs refurbishing. Otherwise great and convenient location with restaurant across street and downtown a short stroll away. I will come again 😀'
