We arrived when the internet was out, which we understood was not anything that the hotel had control over.
When we arrived, we ask if there was any coffee and were told that yes, there was and it was made about an hour and a half earlier, when we tried it, it was only barely warm. The person at the desk did make a new pot.
When we got to our room there was only one plastic cup and not any coffee cups. Again, we had to go to the front desk and ask the person behind the desk, he went to several different areas and carts and could not find any. Finally, he found some in the breakfast area.
When we took a shower, there was not anywhere to place our soap or shampoo, and the floor of the shower was slippery.
When we booked this hotel, we booked it for the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was not in service and had caution tape and cinderblocks all around it. The pool was very cold, and we could not enjoy either of them,
Breakfast had not much offered.
We were very disappointed in our experience at this particular hotel.
