Rien à redire tout est impeccable. Accueil chaleureux avec de bons conseils et un historique passionnant de la ville (merci à vous 2). Logement spacieux, propre et très agréable, à 5 min du Beffroi et moins d'1 min de 2 bars! Parking souterrain à 200m (18€ pour 2 nuits). Nous gardons precieusement cette adresse, oui nous reviendrons rapidement 💕🍺

Bel appartement très propre
Rien à redire: propre, élégant, soigné, bien placé, spacieux pour 4 personnes, etc.... Seul 2 petits bémols: -les éléments de cuisine et plan de travail sont un peu petit et permettent seulement de se dépanner pour de petits repas ou petits déjeuners. -On est très content d'y trouver 2 serviettes par personne, mais on ne sait pas bien où les faire sécher. Bref, très content, on y retournerait volontiers.

We have stayed in 3 different locations in Bruges, and this is everyone's favourite! So comfortable, great beds, cozy duvets, sparkling clean, very helpful host, and couldn't improve on the location. Looking forward to next time already!

Great apartment, great location
I stayed in this apartment with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. It suited us very well. We found the apartment to be immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. It is also located on a quiet street, yet readily accessible by foot to all that central Brugge has to offer. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Just great!
This lovely flat was very comfortable and clean, and had everything we three friends needed. On a quiet street, and just a short walk to attractions, restaurants, shops. Our host, Thomas, was wonderful, kind and very helpful. He shared some historical information about Bruges when we arrived which allowed us to have a better sense of what we were seeing and why. Also gave us very important information and suggestions on the rail strike that took place on our last day, allowing us to make alternate plans to get to Brussels for our departure home. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience this beautiful city.

Beautiful in Bruges
It was so clean and quiet along the tiny street. Comfortable beds and the girls (5 -8) loved their bunk bed room. My daughter and I had our own rooms. The furniture was good and casual. We loved staying in the near center of Bruges. Easy to get to everything. We picked a very busy Easter weekend to visit so it was crowded around town but peaceful where we were. Thomas was a wonderful host and we enjoyed the history of his family home from the 1600s.

Fantastic accommodation right in the heart of Bruges
This was a fantastic property, brilliantly located for exploring the city of Bruges. Thomas is a great host, who made sure we had what we need and was able to recommend what would and wouldn’t work with the kids. Highly recommended !

Our stay in Bruges was just the sort of experience we hoped for when using a VRBO listing: Enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts with a passion for sharing their home city with us; a clean, quiet, comfortable place to come back to after adventuring out; and a warm, welcoming city full of hidden treasures. Thomas’ communication was timely and clear, and his historical map of Bruges in the hallway enabled us to visualize the old city, as he took the time to explain Bruges’ history. His apartment was spacious and clean, efficient and easy to come back to. The location just off the square was perfect. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bruges with a family or group.

Value Privacy and Safety? Don't stay here!
The property was clean and the check in process was easy. We were checked in by a lady who was one of the property owners. The main entrance to the property locks automatically and then there is another lockable door inside the building to your unit. I booked to stay here 2 nights with my daughter and son. On our first night, we went to bed at 9:00 PM and fell fast asleep. At 10:20 PM, I was awakened when an unidentified man wearing a robe opened our door and walked into our unit while my family was asleep. He turned on a hall light and then proceeded to walk to my room. I was somewhat groggy (having been awakened from deep sleep and suffering from jet lag) when this intruder stood in my doorway and said "your door was unlocked. He then complained that my white noise machine was loud. He then retreated out of our unit without ever even identifying who he was. I then processed what had just happened and became alarmed. I locked the interior door to the unit and placed furniture in front of it. I woke up my son and daughter and made them move to my room. Ultimately, I learned that the man in the robe who entered our unit without permission and unannounced while we slept was the owner and the spouse of the lady who checked us in. Needless to say, we moved out of the unit at 7:00 AM in the morning out of safety and privacy concerns. The following day, the owner communicated to me that our white noise machine (which is designed to induce sleep) was too loud and that our door was unlocked. I explained that this conduct is not acceptable and would be considered criminal in virtually any country. So, for obvious reasons, I would caution against staying here.

Unfortunately, this story is not complete and partly incorrect. . At 9.15 pm the latest I knocked on the door of the flat several times because there was a very disturbing and loud noise that prevented my children from sleeping. The door of the flat was open, the lights were on and I asked if anyone was there and got no answer. Then I went in to find out where the noise was coming from, and I met Mr Farris in the doorway of his room who told me that this noise comes from a sleeping device. Why didn't he inform us when he checked in that he will makes a lot of noise during the evening and the night ? Why does he leave the apartment door open? Why doesn't he respond when I knock or call his name? We were convinced that no one was in the flat and wanted to know the origin of the noise to see if there was no danger. We are all very sorry about this and have also communicated this immediately to Mr Farris.

Auch wir sind begeistert von dieser schönen Unterkunft mitten im Herzen von Brügge. Hier stimmte alles für uns: der Vermieter war unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Apartment hat viel Platz und ist stilvoll und praktisch zugleich eingerichtet, die Lage könnte für eine Erkundung der Stadt besser nicht sein. Hier wird alles richtig gemacht, damit die Gäste sich wohl fühlen.

What an incredible apartment in old Bruges! The town is small, so everything is within walking distance. Great communication from the host, and the apartment was on a lovely, quiet street maybe 10 minute walk from the central square. Definitely recommended!

Immaculate modern apartment in a historic Brugge house
We had a lovely stay in Brugge. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, and everything in the apartment was immacuate, sleek, and modern. The location is fantastic; a very quiet side street, but just a few minutes walk to the markt and the bell tower. Thomas was a wonderful host and was happy to tell us all about the history of the house and the region, and was available throughout our stay if we needed help or advice. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer!

Mooie woning op perfecte locatie
Wij hebben hier met 5 personen (volwassenen) een weekend besteed. De locatie in het centrum is ideaal om Brugge te verkennen. De straat is rustig, we hebben geen enkel geluidsoverlast gehad (mede door de goede isolatie). De kamers zijn netjes en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Parkeren kan niet bij het huis zelf, de parkeergarages in de buurt zijn gelukkig niet erg duur.

Lovely apartment in a great location
The apartment is finished to a very high standard, and is extremely well located near the centre, but on a quiet street. Great in every way. We drove to Bruges and left the car for the weekend in one of the nearby underground carparks, which was not expensive.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful city
We very much enjoyed Brugge, it is very beautiful and easy to get around. The property is close to everything and our children easily managed walking around. The property comfortably sleeps six and the small kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast each day. We ate out other meals mostly. Recommend hiring bikes and riding around the old town- easy for kids and so pretty.

Just Perfect!
Three mid-30s ladies traveled together in December, and ALL of us raved about this place. 1. Thomas is incredibly responsive as well as informative. We very much enjoyed the walk he suggested as a way to explore the Old City 2. The location is central to everything we wanted to do - dining, exploring, the Christmas Market... 3. The actual apartment is clean & comfortable. We made breakfast each morning before heading out for the day. All of us would stay again & highly recommend to friends!

Perfect Location, lots of room!
We had a wonderful stay at House of Puebla. Thomas and Anna were both so kind and understanding- we had a gaggle of kids with us, and it was so nice to be able to get home for naps and have a kitchen for breakfasts. Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment in the centre of Brugge
A great place to stay for 2 nights - whole apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. It was a very short walk to the central square in Brugge. Owners are on-site so quick and easy check-in. No parking but there is an underground car park a just round the corner where we left the car for 2 days (a very reasonable €17 for the whole stay). Despite the apartment being so central it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood in central Bruges
We enjoyed our stay in House of Puebla. The apartment is on the ground floor in a lovely historic building, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were able to unload our luggage right in front and then park in a secure, underground parking lot only a few blocks away (9 euros/day). The apartment was spotlessly clean and well cared for. We were met by the owner (they live in the same building) when we arrived and given keys and instructions. The market square was an easy 5-10 minute walk. There was construction happening right next door on another unit, so it was very noisy during the day, but the nights were quiet and the construction is temporary. Highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodation in a wonderful city
We feel very lucky to stay at the House of Puebla during our recent stay in Bruges. The apartment is very clean and tidy and well set out. Given that it is really close to the main market square, it is very quiet and peaceful inside. We were there for three nights and found the apartment relaxing and large enough to accommodate us easily. Thomas is very friendly and a fountain of local information and history.

Perfect location, wonderful apartment
Thomas’s apartment was in an ideal location for exploring the city of Bruges. It was spacious, modern and the high ceilings and huge windows made it feel so light and welcoming. Historisches Stadthaus im mittelalterlichen Zentrum von Brügge, stilvoll renoviert und geräumig.
Die Parterre-Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber, gemütlich und in Gehdistanz von 5 Minuten zum Marktplatz. Wichtig für Selbstversorger: eine sehr gute Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle vor dem alten Theater ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und verschiedene Linien garantieren direkte Verbindung zu Bahnhof. Von dort hat man die Möglichkeit bequem Ausflüge z.B. nach Gent, Brüssel, Antwerpen oder ans Meer nach Knokke zu machen. Die Wohnung ist denn auch eine perfekte Basis für alle Erkundungstouren in die Stadt, deren besonderen Charme man am besten zu Fuss entdeckt. Interessante Details erfährt man aber nicht nur aus Reiseführern sondern auch vom Vermieter Thomas Vanden Berghe persönlich. Er und seine Frau Anna sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und unkompliziert. Solche Leute hätte man auch zuhause gerne als Nachbarn. Diese Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Barbara & Urs
