« Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...

« The rental was clean, with the exception of some of the door frames. The location is okay. It’s a reasonably pleasant walk to the Q line. Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the only bathroom is downstairs. It is an old building, so the stairs are steep, with narrow treads. If you have mobility issues, you might want to consider a different rental. Also worth mentioning is that the floors and stairs are very loud. The owner is responsive, and we didn’t have any problems occur during our stay. »

« The host was very responsive and the place was lovely, safe and quiet, close to downtown and had plenty of street as well as dedicated parking spaces. I'd pack shampoo and moisturizer (something I usually don't pack when I book a hotel), everything else is available at the location. »
