We saw manatees in the spring, which was the highlight for me, especially this time of year when there are a lot less in the area. Amazing experience to watch them swimming next to our kayaks. We added the pontoon to our stay and loved taking the boat to the flats each day and canal cruising in the evenings. The area of Hernando Beach was easy to drive around in. No waits at restaurants and plenty of shopping close by. The host were easily accessible and timely with answering questions. We would love to visit again!'
