'Very quiet, very clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioner wasn’t working the first night but the owner quickly fixed it. We also found that the dryer wasn’t working as well but I’m sure it has been quickly repaired as well. There was good communication between owner and guests. The owner, Brad, had provided everything a guest might need by thoughtfully placing items such as toothpaste, in drawers. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here...

'Great location, fridge had lots of options already there. Beds were comfy, very clean, quick communication when I had a question. The question I usually ask is "would I stay again" and the answer is 100% yes!'

'Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the house fit our family of 5 perfectly!!! The pool was clean and great for the kids (lots of pool toys) Great location in between Crystal river, Homosassa, and Clearwater!!!! Yummy delicious restuarnts that are kid friendly near by. Neighbors shot off fireworks for newyears and they were better than Disney Worlds fireworks!!!!! WE PLAN TO COME BACK REAL SOON!!!!'

'This was our first time using Air B&B and it was perfect! Adel was very kind and the house very clean and easily accessible. Very smooth check in and out. Close to everything you need. We recommend going to eat at Seafire Grill right on the water. It was very nice and the food was great! '
