'Hot tub was not home enough jets barely worked. Multiple towels in they're pool and trash all over, went to the pool close to when they opened in the morning so it's not a matter of it just getting trashy but negligence, the elevators had very dirty floors, half the lights in the room didn't work. Didn't get the room we booked bc they overbooked, leaving us short a bed we needed. Couldn't control they're heat/ac worth a damn, it was either ice cold or uncomfortably how. 'The room and bathroom were in rough condition. The room was also filthy. The top blanket also had dried food stuck to it. Check-in was not ideal it was not in person and on a screen with someone I could not understand. I was very disappointed with my stay and the lack of a front desk person. Would not recommend at all.'

'Bright and clean room. Front desk staff was friendly. 2 breakfast areas were great. Pancakes at one, waffles at the other - great assortment of food. Lobby was very spacious. '
