House Rules:

-Quiet time 10:00pm
- 6 person max
- 3 vehicles max
- We are not able to provide late check out or
early check in. Please be sure to vacate the
property by 11:00am on your scheduled day of
departure.
- Pets are not allowed. A fee of $250 per pet will
be charged if you bring a pet.
- Guests are required to sign our rental agreement which will be sent to you after booking.
- Please do not move the rocks in the driveway, they are there to ensure that no one drives over our septic tank. Damage to the septic tank will be charged to the guest.

Please Note About Our Creek: One of our favorite features of Still Waters Getaway is the beautiful natural creek that runs through the property. The creek flows during normal conditions throughout most of the year, but because it is a natural waterway, water levels depend on rainfall. During unusually dry conditions or periods of drought, creek levels may be significantly lower than pictured or, on rare occasions, the creek may temporarily be dry.

Pro Tip: If you have never been to Broken Bow the roads around the cabins are often hilly and bumpy. Portions of the road to our cabin are steep and rocky. With this in mind, an SUV or Truck would be the best vehicle to bring to the cabin!
