Lazy Trout Cabin has a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and opens up into a modern kitchen with a large dining room table and bar seating. This beautiful cabin features 1 king room upstairs and 2 queen rooms (1 queen upstairs and 1 queen downstairs) with ensuite baths, as well as another half bath. The king bedroom upstairs opens up to a large bathroom with soaker tub as well as a walk-in shower. The two upstairs bedrooms (one queen and 1 king) share a private deck where you can lounge with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. The loft hosts a sleeper sofa and for extra bedding for the family. There is also a wall mounted gaming system with over 50 vintage games. Outside, you can soak in the bubbly hot tub, enjoy the gas fireplace, or roast S'mores around the fire pit.

Explore nearby Beavers Bend State Park for hiking trails and scenic views, or head to Broken Bow Lake for water activities and fishing adventures. Whether seeking outdoor adventures or leisurely strolls, this vibrant neighborhood ensures a memorable stay for all.



Other Things to Note:

PETS - We welcome your furry friends to our home! There is a $100 pet fee for the whole trip, up to two dogs, and $50 per additional dog. Please make sure not to leave them unattended when you leave them at the house alone--cages are preferred. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



Pets must be house-trained and flea-free prior to arrival.



Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless safely crated.



Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including outdoor areas.



Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless guests bring their own protective covers.



Excessive noise, including persistent barking, must be avoided to respect neighbors and quiet hours.



Any pet-related damages, odors, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.



Guests must ensure pets do not disturb wildlife or neighboring properties.





AMENITIES:

We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!



ENTRY:

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.



INTERNET:

The house has good internet access. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

Livingroom: 2 Single beds, 2 sofa beds



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.



IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB



To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.



● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub. . Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.

● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub.

● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.

● Children must be supervised at all times.

● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub



Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



Hot Tub Use:

Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.





We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.



* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
