'Dit hotel heb ik (reisagent) geboekt als 5 sterren accomodatie. Het blijkt een 5 sterrenkeuken/restaurant te zijn met kamers. De hotelkamers doen ze er een beetje bij, als restaurantgasten willen blijven slapen, na hun diner. Er is ook geen aparte receptie, maar meteen bij de ingang een desk waar de restaurantgasten zich melden. Buitenkant en omgeving van hotel stelt erg teleur, verouderd, wordt nu wel geschilderd. 'Boiler not working hence no heating or hot water, could not have a shower and had to buy a bowl just to wash. Squatters sleeping on the sofas in the living room every night. Worst accomodation I have ever been in.'

'I couldn't take my shower during my stay because there was no cold water at the shower and the hot water was extremely hot. In addition to that the people were making noise even in the mid night not allowing me to have a good sleep'

'Owner was super nice and very accommodating with our change of schedule (due to train issues). Place was clean. No A/C (that we were aware of), which we opened the window. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and the people outside were a bit loud for awhile (not the owner’s fault). The only downside was we found out we were only renting a room when we arrived, not the apartment itself. Great location and close to the cruise terminals.'
