'Friendly staff'

'Rooms were a nice size. Beds were comfortable. Close to many restaurants'

'It was a nearly perfect stay. I felt welcome and comfortable. The only suggestion would be to mope the floors in the rooms more often, but I think this is typically of all hotels.'

'Staff was great. Awesome grounds. Very luxurious. Have stayed at their Sarasota locale also(Carlyle). Nice to have beautiful locations to stay at!!!'

'Clean room friendly staff.'

'It is a dated property. It looks like they are going to start remodeling soon. There was a medical emergency as we were checking in, and the front desk girl was clueless as to what to do. We had to tell her to call 911. The staff needs additional training on how to deal with emergencies! The room was fair. Again, dated. The pool was nice. The area is nice. The next morning I dropped something and went I bent down to pick it up I was met with a pile of fluff, hair, and a lid to something under...

'The hotel was pretty decent for the price. Hotel staff was nice and the internet decent. The room was slightly outdated, but I had a very good night's rest. Breakfast did not have any fresh sandwich spreads like cheese or sliced meat, but otherwise acceptable.'

'Quiet and comfortable'

'The breakfast options were ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility shows age in the rooms. Very stained mattress and box springs. Their version of cleaning is a quick once over. Will not stay again.'

'👍👍'

'Hmm - where to start: The vanity sink was plugged up Very slow to drain. No maintenance until next day. We left early and put "No housekeeping" tag on door. Man arrived and knocked 4 time then left without fixing. Fixed next day but then the drain plug for sink was missing. Lights from courtyard could not be blocked sufficiently. Tub floor was slippery. Edge of cabinet was quite sharp - cut wrist while rounding corner. Metal flange holding mattress could have banged shin but luckily did not....

'Clean, comfortable, economical!0'

'Ok for one night. Little bit oldfashioned. Nice but small swimmingpool.'
