'When I booked the room on Expedia, it said the room had a balcony. When we checked in our room did not. Went to the front desk and she said only the rooms in the atrium had balconies and she did not have any available. She said we booked a standard room and they don’t come with balconies. On Expedia website it says standard room with balcony. We did not get what we booked online and was very disappointed. '

'When we stayed here, they lost power from 11 o’clock on a Thursday night and they did not get power until 630 Saturday morning. We booked this hotel partly because it had a continental breakfast. They offered nothing for the inconvenience. When asked if we could get some sort of discount, they kept saying it was an act of God. , they kept saying it was an act of God due to the weather. Although I understand that we had no power no breakfast no air conditioning. I guess I just would’ve thought...
