'After paying big for a local,hotel that closed their onsite restaurant without advertisement, this condo is similarly priced but located in the South County commons complex that includes 5 restaurants, coffee shop,movie's, hair salon and is,on rt 1 near all beache,wickford ,Narragansett, Wakefield and Point Judith ferry. Complex is modern,quiet would never know how many reside here. Unit is new,sparsely furnished but all needed amenities including laundry, central ac,gas fireplace ,dishwasher. ...

'This was my favorite home rental of all time! The location could not be any better and it came with 2 parking spaces, which was wonderful when we had local friends visit us. 'We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and easy to find. The beds didn’t look very comfortable, but we were pleasantly surprised, they were very comfortable! The only negative thing I could think about is that the washing machine was very noisy. Our overall experience was very pleasant, and if we would ever be in that vicinity again, we would stay there again in a heartbeat! '

'Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old...

'We have rented from these owners before in different units. Their communication is fantastic and they respond right away with any questions or concerns. This location was perfect for us because my son had a lacrosse camp at St. George's and it was a quick trip with no traffic from this condo. This location on Thames is a lot quieter than others we have stayed at, yet an easy walk to everything.'
