Tucked in a quiet corner of Springfield, this soft and sunny retreat 🌼 is where light spills across stone tiles and mornings arrive like petals opening. Our home is Brand New & Barely touched, waiting just for you and your family ;)

Our home is part of a new estate, with other homes still under construction nearby. While the street may carry the occasional sound of progress 🚧 during the day.

• 🌿 3 cosy queen bedrooms make our place your home away from home. Master bedroom has an ensuite & there is another bathroom with bathtub &shower.

• 🪴 Outdoor alfresco with wooden dining set — perfect for spring brunches

• 🥘 Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop & modern appliances

The whole place is for our guests.

We give guests full privacy but are always available if needed. Message us anytime and we’ll be happy to help. Emergency contact details are also provided after booking.

1. Quiet hours from 9pm — no parties or events is allowed. Please respect the neighbourhood 🥰

2. A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required before check-in. This will be returned within a few days of your departure, provided the home is left in good condition.

3. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement

4. Pets are welcome by request only — an additional fee of $150 per pet per stay applies to cover up extra cleaning required after your stay.

6. Excessive mess, lost keys, or unreported damage may result in additional charges
