'The check-in staff at Hotel Orientale were helpful & very welcoming. They helped us with our luggage to Palazzo Berllocchi specially the evening shift. We also got a bottle of local bubbly as a complimentary gift. The room was kept clean, towels were changed. The breakfast was a big spread for fruits, hot items and great coffee. Staff in the breakfast room was very friendly & catered to the needs of the clients. Upon check-out, the morning staff helped us get a taxi to the train station....

'Schone en ruime 4-persoonskamer. Precies wat we nodig hadden voor 1 nachtje voor onze terugvlucht. Ontbijt is ook erg verzorgd. Er zijn geen andere faciliteiten zoals een lobby ofzo.'

'Goed B&B op doorreis in de hak van Italië. Jammer, dat je voor de douche de gang op moest. Ook jammer, dat je het balkon met anderen moest delen. 's Avonds geen privacy om de dag nog even door te praten.'

'Super schöne Unterkunft an zentraler Lage. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter betteffend Checkin/out hat bestens geklappt. Einziges Manko, die Kaffemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten nur zu Empfehlen.'

'Fantastic host, would absolutely stay again Great stay from start to finish. The host let us check in early, which made a big difference after travelling, and he was really helpful with directions on how to get to the place. When we arrived he sorted out everything we needed straight away. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. There were a couple of very minor things, but I mentioned them and he handled it immediately — no fuss at all. That kind of response is exactly what you want...

'Het hotel is echt zeer goed gelegen. Alles heel net. Heel vriendelijk onthaal en iedereen staat steeds met de glimlach klaar. En de wellness is wel een meerwaarde.'
