'Very nice and clean accomodations! Aurora at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful with check in! The sauna was very nice after a long day!'

'Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in'

'Excellent all around.'

'Welcome with bubbles! Hotel offered everything we needed.'

'No contact stay and wonderful location and modern room with comfortable bed.'

'It was very outdated. The lady at the front desk was rude. We arrived a little bit early and she told me and my wife in a very demeaning voice that check min wasn’t until 4pm. She could’ve been more polite since we are paying customers. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, fixed our bed, or gave us fresh towels. I had to get new towels from the front desk. We will never stay here again. I’m would rather pay more money somewhere else for our next trip.'

'Was a well cleaned nice worker'

'Room/suite was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty setting. The continental breakfast hot food wasn't very good.'

'Aardig hotel, ontbijt iedere dag het zelfde. Erg rustig. Wel lief personeel.'

'The layout of the loft was really nice and but the sheets had old blood stains the bathroom tub shower head faucet and were rusted and the shower curtains were probably there for as long as the hotel has been open. They didn’t have a full arcade room as described only 4-5 games worked the pool was outdated and the gym floor wasn’t appealing to look at. Staff was very helpful and nice but the hotel room was very uncomfortable to stay in it really needs to be updated'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'I like the bed . But the floors was sticky . And breakfast the same everyday'

'Very relaxing and what you see is what you get.'

'Wonderful find in a perfect location in the Poconos.'

'The hotel is dirty and outdated. From the door, to the walls, and floor was filthy. The room had a musty smell. The bed skirt had stains. The sheets appeared to be clean, but I didn’t stay long enough to check. The doors were old and not properly secured. This hotel should not be allowed on the Expedia site. DO NOT STAY HERE!'
