The updated kitchen and large dining table provide ample space for meals and games, while the two bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate families.

Features new, comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere enhanced by a wood-burning fireplace. Underground parking during winter is a huge plus to keep you and your gear dry! Closet is located by the front door to store ski gear. Also included is access to the clubhouse area with a hot tub, sauna, pool table, games, and coin-activated washer/dryer.

It's situated in a fantastic location, ideal for families, with an adjacent playground and fishing pond. It also makes a convenient home base for summertime activities as its high elevation means much better temperatures than the surrounding southern Utah hot deserts. Go see Zion National Park (1-2 hours away, depending on which entrance you're going to), Bryce National Park (1 hour 20 minutes away), or Cedar Breaks National Monument (literally only 5 miles away). There are plenty of excellent rock climbing, hiking, and biking opportunities right around town. Some local rental shops even offer drop-off/pick-ups for half-day mountain biking treks. - The flooring is all tile, which is very clean, but can be cool in winter, so it's best to bring some slippers
