Flats in Brian Head

'My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo, perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The kids' room had a fun bunk/loft bed set up that my children loved. The newly renovated kitchen and new furniture throughout made for a pleasant stay. Only a couple of drawbacks. One, the tile floors were so cold, so be sure to pack your cozy socks! And the lack of a regular coffee pot. The Keurig was messy and painful to brew one cup at a time. Otherwise, a great stay!!'

'Arrived and home had not been cleaned. They did send a sweet young lady and she was there until 11PM cleaning. Crock pot and coffee pot had melted cords. Proptery manager brout by a new crock pot and coffee carafe. After all that the trip was great.'

'We loved this place! The full kitchen made it perfect to fix our own meals before snowboarding and after. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was good size for 4 people to share, the couches were perfect for our kids, we will be back! Perfect little jacuzzi to relax after snowboarding. Also, loved the underground parking so car wasn’t freezing and didn’t have to shovel snow.'

'Check in process was seamless, property was in great location to ski resort. When we arrived we looked over the place and noticed there were many light bulbs missing throughout the property. No extra blankets for beds. Just a sheet and bed spread and very limited cooking pans. The pan we had to use had peeling teflon all over them.. i called and asked the property manager to ask where light bulbs were so we could replace burnt bulbs and a few can light that were missing bulbs altogether. 'This was a lovely little condo. It is not ski in/ski out which was disappointing but the shuttle is quick and dependable. There were a few items missing from the unit, ie. A blow dryer, salt and pepper. But the communication response from the owner was swift. The heating unit can be difficult to control but works well.'

'We had an amazing time at the condo! The place was clean, roomy and in a great location. Walking distance from the lifts and rental store! The pool area was clean and not overcrowded. We had a blast hanging out in the jacuzzi and sauna while the kids played in the pool. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, would highly recommend'

'**BEWARE of TICKS/BUGS inside BED! **DIRTY! MUSTY SMELL! After one hour of checking in, our 7yr old daughter FOUND TICK crawling in bed and was so scared to sleep here. I used my flashlight to look for more bugs fearing the worst bedbugs or more ticks and FOUND MORE BUGS under mattress(more ticks)around windows(various bugs)cobwebs around fixtures. Broken fan in bathroom was so loud it would wake everyone up. I feared it would wake up neighbors in our building. Sounded like someone banging pot...
