Amazing 7 Bedroom Ski In/Ski Out Cabin @ Brian Head Resort

Our wonderful ski-in / ski-out cabin is located in the prestigious Trails @ Navajo area at Brian Head Ski Resort in Southern Utah. It has a great year round location, nestled in a beautiful woodland setting on a private cul-de-sac and offering convenient access to the slopes and Brian Head Resort. Inside, the cabin is roomy, warm and comfortable with seven bedrooms and two sleeper sofas allowing up to 26 to sleep in beds. The cabin is full of modern conveniences while maintaining a rustic mountain feel with various wood accents throughout (knotty pine, ash and walnut).

Relax around either of the two rustic stacked stone fireplaces in the cabin’s lofted great rooms or watch movies on the 83" OLED TV with surround sound. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, a kitchenette and a pantry with prep sink all stocked with appliances and supplies. For guest convenience, there is a full laundry room and seven full bathrooms. At night, take advantage of the many TV’s with streaming, the hoop shoot game, pool table, ping pong table, gaming table, entertainment center or wireless internet. Offering easy access, our cabin is on paved roads that are plowed right up to the garages and is located just three hours from Las Vegas or Salt Lake City via direct access off I-15.

Brian Head in the Summer : Summer is a great time to visit Brian Head and our cabin makes a great base for visits to the many National Parks that are close by (Zion, Bryce, Kolob, Cedar Breaks). Brian Head resort offers mountain biking and a challenging Frisbee golf course along the ski runs. There are also miles of ATV trails (and rentals) and endless hiking trails and walking paths to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, nearby Cedar City offers the annual Shakespearean Festival with shows and events most days and evenings. Our cabin has both covered and open decks, a back patio, a BBQ and a fire pit to enjoy the mild summer days and nights. The cabin makes a Great place to relax, explore or host your family vacation.

We all had a great time with great conditions! the house is perfectly located for easy access to Navajo, and all 3 families stayed comfortably. The kids spent plenty of time on the arcade basketball!!

What a dream

We absolutely loved our time at this slope-side lodge! The location is top notch; so convenient!! Literally steps to the ski run. The house had everything we needed. The owners have a fantastic and comprehensive guidebook for the house and your stay that basically answers any questions you’d have. Check-in/check-out was super easy and the owner is very responsive. The kids loved all the games, especially the mini basketball hoops/game, so fun! We can’t wait to book again.

Great stay for large group!

We had a great stay for our large group! Fast and easy communication with the owner. We had a total of nine adults and it was a perfect home to accommodate all of us-being a four bed/4 bath home. Three adults slept downstairs in the basement that had 2 bunk beds with full beds at the bottom and twins on top, and they were very comfortable, The remaining three bedrooms had very comfy king/queen beds. We appreciated having the loft and basement entertainment center, so we could have some people watching tv in the main floor living room, while others played chess upstairs and others conversed in the basement living area. The large dining table had seating for six and the kitchen island had additional seating for two. We were pleasantly surprised with the ‘side game room’ that had two basketball hoops like you see at carnivals. Although we didn’t use them, they also had sleds in the garage. It was beautiful views from the main floor and loft, and it was a manageable walk from the home direct to #4/Navajo ski lift (you can actually see the ski lift from one of the windows). We didn’t need snow chains to drive up to the garage and they plow the streets as needed, so it was easy to drive up to the house. I’ve already recommended the rental home to a friend and hope to rent the property again next year. What a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

It was our second year staying at the home. There were some nice upgrades done to the cabin between our stays. We stay at several VRBOs each year on various vacations or travel and this one was well cleaned, appointed, and Scott is a responsive and great host!

You can’t beat ski in ski out! There has been a LOT of snow this season and Scott has done an amazing job keeping the path to the ski trail in great shape. This cabin is our favorite :) Thank you Scott and family for having us back again.

Wow!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The property was absolutely gorgeous, a true ski-in, ski-out. We had young kids with us so it was nice to be able to have easy access to the house and slopes. We loved the chalet style windows we could watch the snow falling outside from. The kids loved the double bunk beds and basketball game. The kitchen was so well stocked, way more than we were anticipating or that we’ve had with other places. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay great and even checked in on when we arrived and left to make sure we were safe (so much snow!). We didn’t want to leave! Scott- you have made repeat customers out of us! Thanks for everything!

Winter Wonderland

This was our second time staying in this beautiful house and it was even better than we remembered. It was perfect and spacious. We are enjoyed home cooked meals, afternoon sledding and some fun ski days with tons of snow. The location to the mountain was key and made for some easy ski in/ski out access.
