Open window is fall risk and safety concerns may lead to very dangerous conditions. There was not point that room gave us nightmare so we took turns to check on kids. 2. « Superb location in Breckenridge, one block off of Main Street. You can walk anywhere in Breckenridge easily from this location. Garage and driveway parking are also convenient, you can easily park 2-3 cars. Our rental was in August so we found the location to be convenient for hiking. « I've stayed at dozens of homes in all price ranges and this was easily in the top 10%. This starts with the hosts and they were one of the best. They were extremely quick to reply when we had our own issues for check in and then at the end when we wanted to extend our stay at the last minute. Their place was setup like a 4 star hotel and it far exceeded what we expected it to be for the cost. No place is perfect but they get as close as they can while still providing a very high value. « The views are breathtaking! In the mornings, we would sit and look out of the huge windows that overlooked the mountains to the west. It was just the right distance from Breckenridge. It was nice to have the quiet place away from town but it didn't take long at all if we wanted to go into the restaurants or shops. We even had a moose visiting in the yard a couple different days that we were there. We watched it from inside - that was fun to see.Overall a great place that we would definitely stay...

« Excellent accommodations!! Close to the slopes & local restaurants, the unit is spotless, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of a long day of skiing. « This property was just OK. I found communication with the host to be unpleasant and like I was a bother, rather than wanting to help and make us feel comfortable. We’ve stayed in Breck many times and I would not rebook this condo. The location was pretty and very convenient. The condo was decent- queen bed mattress was not comfortable and bunk beds were very squeaky. They also need to fix the ladder to make it safe to climb to the top bunk.
