The Space:

Located on Indian Point, the home offers a peaceful retreat to relax and recharge at the beginning and end of each day. With 5 bedrooms, it’s the perfect vacation home for families or a large group, offering spaces for both privacy as well as connection. Guests will have access to the seasonal outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Indian Point Marina, voted Branson’s best, is less than a 10-minute walk from your front door.



Make sure you plan a day or two for broader Branson exploration. Closest to you is thrilling Silver Dollar City, great for families and adrenaline seekers alike. As you make your way to downtown Branson, check out the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Parton’s Stampede, just to name a few of many destinations. Between mini golf and the virtually unlimited options for dining and shopping, we could go on and on, but some things you just need to see for yourself!



Newly remodeled, the home’s modern interior will put you at ease among the neutral color palette and chic, minimalist décor. The cozy living room with L-shaped sofa and chair seating is a wonderful place to gather together and stream a show or movie on the smart TV. Steps away, the open and airy kitchen and dining room make mealtimes stylish as well as convenient. Everything you need for preparing homecooked meals can be found here between the beautiful appliances and cabinets stocked with cookware and dining ware. Dine together at the table for 8, or perhaps you’d rather take your meal outdoors to the patio where outdoor seating, fresh air, and the surrounding landscape await.



This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 full-over-full bunk beds.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 full beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Please note that the capacity of the stove & dishwasher within this unit is smaller than that of standard-size appliances.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Lot parking available for up to 4 vehicles – first come, first served.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
