At the Cliffs Edge (Landing 43-1) is a spacious family friendly condo that sleeps up to 8. If you have a big family or want two families to vacation together, this unit is the one to book. The location, right next door to The Landing at Eagles Nest Clubhouse amenities & Silver Dollar City makes sure that family fun is just steps away! The large kitchen ensures that making meals and having family dinners are easy. From the deck, you can see Table Rock Lake and of the Ozark Mountains.

Situated beside Silver Dollar city allows you to enjoy the short 1/4 mile drive back to the condo after a long day at Silver Dollar City. This first floor condo has appx 18 steps down, so make sure steps work for you. The 1,400 sq ft will give your family room to stretch and relax and enjoying some family time.

You you can enjoy King beds in both bedrooms. In the 2nd bedroom there is also a XL twin trundle bed. For additional sleeping, this unit offers a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a XL twin roll away bed. The large master bedroom stands out thanks to a beautiful jetted tub. Do you have a netflix account, keep up with your tv shows because all 3 tv's in the unit are smart TV's. Are you a gamer, then you will love the Xbox 360 play. At The Cliffs Edge, unit 43-1, located at The Landing at Eagles Nest Resort will give your family memories for a lifetime

This unit also has access to an indoor pool, splash pad, and hot tub at The Landing at Eagles Nest Clubhouse right next door. Hours are based on seasonality. Please ask for details. The indoor amentities are Indoor heated (79-82 degrees) pool, kids splash pad, indoor hot tub (for 18 years and older), and cardio work out room. There is also a seasonal outdoor pool and splash pad. Our guests often mention access that the Clubhouse amenities as one of the highlights of their stay! **surveillance camera in use in these areas. *****as of 10/1/2024, the playground has been removed due to new building construction. The resort anticipates is returning spring 2025****
