« We rented a pontoon for the week on Tippy Dam Pond and stayed in this home with our daughter and our two dogs. The home is decorated with cabin decor and the kitchen has everything that you need. The cabin was warm in cool weather and cool when the temperatures started to climb. The washer and dryer worked very well, and we were able to pack less things from home. We were sad when it was time to go home and leave this nice home, neighborhood and recreation area. »

« The property was spotless, which is a must for me, the front porch was the perfect place to spend a morning, or afternoon, or evening for that matter. So close to the water, it made it easy to go to watch the sunset over the lake. The owner was very easy to deal with, so much so that I would stay here again in the future. Overall a perfect place to spend a few days. »

« Negatives- beds aren’t so comfortable, upstairs toilet struggles to flush, had to turn on the hot water heater and the place could use a deep clean. Positives- great location, great air conditioning, nice cabin feeling and the deck outside was great to hangout on. Overall I’d stay again and would recommend to anyone. »

« Easy walk to the beach, nice fenced in yard for dogs(must be on chains because fence isnt dog proof). Be very careful where you allow yoir dogs if yoi bring them because there were old pet stains and dogs always want to pee over other dogs pee. Dont let them walk away from you. Our kids loved having the bottom floor to themselves. 40 minute drive to the hunting grounds mu husband likes. »

« There were 6 adults (24-50 years old) and 3 children under 3. There was plenty of space and plenty to do for all ages! We kayaked and paddle boarded daily. The hot tub was a great way to end each evening. The adult children loved the water trampoline! Alicia was absolutely amazing!! Quick to respond before and during g our stay. « I spent most of my time this weekend as a solo in the cottage as my teens had a 3 on 3 basketball competition in the area. Town was busy because of it, and this cottage was our relaxing retreat away. It was so peaceful watching the deer and little fawn nibble across the street. I am a bit embarrassed to admit that I fell asleep in the Adirondack chair listening to the birds in song. The house was clean, well appointed and had more room than we needed.
