'Very spacious with plenty of beds. The only negative points of note was a slight odor/mildew smell when first entering the house and 1 partial roll of toilet paper for 6 people over a couple night stay was not nearly enough.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. We came to town for a wedding and it was amazing. We loved Boyne and definitely look forward to coming back! recommendations would be more towels. 'This house feels brand new. It was clean and well-appointed. The listing is completely accurate. Decks offer terrific view of Lake Charlevoix, across Lake shore drive. Easy access to lake. The back yard is wonderful, offering great views of the elaborate creek and waterfall installation from the hot tub. '

'There was ample amount of communication with Brendan - including an online guide book to review ahead of time as well as it being printed out for you upon arrival! Rooms were spacious, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner. We loved the available coffee and additives and the cute s’mores kit they provide. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the lake! We rented a pontoon for our trip and the dock was perfect for it! We utilized the paddle boards, paddle boat and kayaks! Played corn...
