'Great house for a group gathering. Lots of comfy beds. Central to town and beach. '

'This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. 'The location allowed for a relaxing time. Plenty of space for the whole party. Ample parking .footpaths around the home to walk from.When the Steam railway is working a great view of the trains going pass.Swanage and many other attractions very close by so an ideal base. '
