The Space:
The home is a in a very residential neighborhood. The following house rules must be abided by at all times:
1. The house and property are strictly non smoking. This includes smoking of marijuana, cigarettes, or any other form of smoke inside or outside on the property.
2. Quit hours after 9pm are enforced. Meaning no loud conversations on back porch after 9pm.
3. No parties, events, or any other circumstances leading to more than the max occupancy are permitted.
If these rules are not followed at any point during your stay, we do hold the right to evict without refund.

The outside is monitored with active cameras.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a beautiful neighborhood right outside of Downtown Boulder. Right next to Boulder's only Golf Course, you also have parks for kids, mountain views, and so much more. 3 miles to Pearl Street and Chautaqua mountain.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of transportation options in Boulder including public transportation, electric bikes and scooters, and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful.

Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom. There is also a noise monitoring and smoking device outside the home since the home is strickly non smoking.
