'Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...
