'The room was not exactly clean, the towels had some stains on them which we didn't have the stomach to use, the bed sheets also had some stains, but we thought it was fine until the towels, as it did seem washed, but still stained. The room does NOT have a window, the place smelled AWFUL! We ended up buying an air freshener for the place, it didn't help much. There was one small window that we couldn't reach, but we felt it was outrageous that it was never mentioned there wouldn't be normal...

'Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in.'

'An excellent boutique hotel perfectly located for walking to the many places to visit in Mdina and Rabat. Very close to the main bus stops and restaurants. The hotel is in a grand old building, fully and tastefully modernised inside. Our room was spacious and well appointed. And spotlessly clean.
